Where can I get my PAR IDs and retrieve my PAR letters?
Providers obtain PAR medical necessity determinations via letter, either by mail from the fiscal agent, ACS, or by retrieving the letter from the File and Report Service in the Colorado Medical Assistance Program Web Portal located at The HCPF (Healthcare Policy and Financing) Website. Click on the Secured site located in the upper menu bar. The PAR Inquiry feature can be used to look up information on any PAR that has been entered into the Colorado Medical Assistance Program Web Portal. Depending on whether a Provider is a Billing Provider, a Requesting Provider, or both, the delivery method of the letter may differ. Please consult the December 2010 Provider Bulletin for more detail on the process for each provider type.
Each Provider’s Trading Partner Administrator must use their assigned Web Portal Trading Partner User Name as their login IDs and their Web Portal Passwords in order to log in to the Portal; a link to the Portal is above.
