Lack of Information Denial

A Lack of Information (LOI) denial will incur when eQHealth Solutions does not receive the necessary documentation needed to complete a PAR review. This will occur if a) the status remains at Awaiting Required Attachments, or b) our clinicians pend the review but the additional information requested is not submitted. In both instances, if the attachment(s) or information is not received within ten (10) business days, a LOI denial will be issued and the requesting party will need to resubmit their PAR.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT a medical necessity denial. This is solely a denial for lack of information and you may resubmit your PAR request to eQHealth Solutions for review.
